Ottenham has appointed Gretar Steinsson as the club’s new performance director.

The 40-year-old joins Fabio Paratici, manager, director,’s new recruiting team, which also includes Andy Scoulding as assistant performance director.

Paratici evaluated the recruiting setup last season, leaving both technical performance director Steve Hitchen and head of recruiting Brian Carey after years of service.
