Love Island fans saw the girls being transported to Casa Amor on Friday night, and even presenter Laura Whitmore couldn’t help but hint that some shocking decisions were coming.

It’s what all viewers have been waiting for, and the arrival of the girls at Casa Amor finally took place on Friday night.

Indiyah Polack, Danica Taylor, Gemma Owen, Tasha Ghouri, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Paige Thorne were all taken for a “girl’s night” before arriving at the famous love trail.

For those unfamiliar, Casa Amor sees the boys and girls split up, with the boys staying in the main villa this year, while the girls moving into another house.

A new group of singletons is brought in for each group and at the end of the experience they decide whether to stay with their current couple or start with someone else.

The aftermath of the interlude has delivered some of the biggest shocks ever on the show, and the host herself is sure more will follow when the girls return to the villa.

In a post on her Instagram Stories, Laura spoke of a snippet of audio that read, “Should we do it? Do we have to do the right thing?

“Hahaha, never. Let’s make bad decisions!’

The clip also read: ‘Islanders going into Casa Amor.’

It’s hard to know which islanders will remain loyal to their current partners, or who will have their heads turned well and truly by a newcomer.

Even the most solid combinations can sometimes end up in tears after new entrants are added to the mix.

Laura recently spoke about how sometimes she wished she could wade into her thoughts about the islanders’ decisions after Casa Amor.

While chatting with Claudia Winkleman on Radio 2 last month, she previously shared: “You feel a little protective. Last year at Casa Amor, I know who will come back and who will not, it drives me crazy.

‘I want to say, ‘Oh, what are you doing?’ but I can not. Talking too much scares me off. I hate having that information!’

Six new guys – including Ronan Keating’s son Jack – and six new girls have now moved into the villa and its spin-off home, hoping to team up with their favorite existing islanders.

But will any of them be too much of a distraction to ignore in the coming days?

Love Island airs tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
