Taylor Swift ‘stalker’ bursts out furious during NYC court hearing

A Brooklyn man accused of stalking Taylor Swift in her Manhattan homes erupted in anger during a trial on Saturday.

Joshua Christian, 35, challenged him to ditch his court-appointed attorney and instead represent himself at Saturday’s grueling arraignment.

At one point, he turned to the courtroom and sniggered, “Are you all the greatest pranksters in history or really? Prove you’re real. Prove you’re real.’

The Crown Heights man is accused of slipping through the unlocked door of one of Swift’s TriBeCa homes in March and hurling threats through the intercom of her neighboring residence in June.

He is also said to have appeared at Swift’s Tennessee home on an undisclosed date.

The New York Post reported that Christian was arrested Friday.

He was charged with stalking and criminal offenses for stalking 32-year-old Swift’s New York apartment on Friday.

Christian has a previous arrest in Florida for “reckless driving” and has not waived his extradition there to comply with the warrant.

A prosecutor said Christian had a previous arrest in Florida for reckless driving, the Post reported.

The outburst happened after Judge Abraham Clott asked him to waive extradition.

Christian, who wore a white ensemble from head to toe with a matching mask, had a conversation with his lawyer, prompting the judge to wait for the case to begin at night, the news channel said.

After his unruly behavior, he was led out by bailiffs.

Christian’s stalking has occurred twice in recent months, at Swift’s Tribeca residence on Franklin Street, where she reportedly owns multiple units.

The manic fan was reportedly lurking outside Swift’s mansion, waiting for the singer to surface.

The dates of the stalking incidents took place between March 26 at about 11:05 a.m. and again on June 12 at about 10:50 a.m., according to reports.

Christian's stalking began months ago when he showed up on two separate occasions in residential buildings on Franklin Street, where the singer reportedly owns multiple units.

During the March incident, the obsessed fan entered through an unlocked door, on 153 Franklin Street location, where Swift owns an $18 million mansion, The New York Post reported.

Police said he was staying there “unlawfully” and fled after being confronted by security, the news channel reported.

The second case occurred last month when Christian allegedly slipped into the building at 155 Franklin Street and “made threats over the intercom against a 32-year-old woman,” police said, The Post reported.

This isn’t the first time Swift has been targeted by stalkers.

In 2018, a man broke into her Tribeca mansion and took a nap, police said.

That same year, a Colorado man armed with a knife, rope and ammunition was arrested outside a Beverly Hills home owned by Swift, CBS News reported.
