Kid Friendly Recipes: How To Make Banana And Peanut Butter Puff Pastry Wheels?

Here’s what we’d recommend: banana and peanut butter puff pastry wheels.

This is a super tasty snack that kids and adults alike will love, requiring only a few ingredients.

Don’t like banana or peanut butter? Don’t stress – you can make them with jam or Nutella instead.

This is how you make this easy snack.

Recipe: How to make banana and peanut butter puff pastry wheels

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry (about a third of a sheet)
  • a banana
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • Milk

Method:

  1. Start by rolling out your puff pastry. Spread your peanut butter evenly throughout.
  2. Peel your banana and place it on the longest edge. Fold the dough over the banana and roll the banana into a blanket with both hands. At the end, close the opening by pressing it with your fingers.
  3. Cut the banana roll into 2 cm folding circles and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Brush with milk and bake in a hot oven at 180c for 15 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy alone or with vanilla ice cream!
