Adele opened up about her weight loss, saying some fans felt “extremely betrayed” by her new look.
The singer lost about 7 stones and previously said she fell in love with fitness because it helps her mental health.

“And I felt terrible, and some of what I saw were young-they were like 15, and there were other people who felt very betrayed by me. I was worried. It really bothers me because you don’t hold my hand at 4am at night when you need to scream and distract me at.

She said to Vogue:’It was because of my anxiety. If all goes well, you will feel better.
“It was never about losing weight, it was always getting stronger and giving myself as much time each day without my phone.
“I’m pretty addicted to it. I exercise a couple of times a day.”
Adele revealed that he lost weight without dieting or fasting.
“If I worked so hard that I had more food to eat than before,” she continued.
Adele lit up Hyde Park in London on Friday and Saturday with her spectacular performance. This was her first headline gig in the UK since 2017.
