Apple, Amazon and Disney are currently waiting to find out which of the three acquired the rights to broadcast the NFL Sunday Ticket package.

All three companies each submitted separate bids for the broadcasting rights “weeks ago”. CNBC you reported. The NFL is currently in talks with all three bidders, and has not yet selected a streaming partner.

The companies are bidding on the rights to broadcast the Sunday Ticket package outside the market, as well as on an interest in NFL Media. The package could also include NFL mobile rights, as the league’s agreement with Verizon ended.

The NFL reportedly wants the buyer to pay more than $ 2 billion for the rights.

Apple has apparently been in the race for the Sunday ticket package for months. The CNBC report Friday contradicts previous rumors that an agreement between Apple and the NFL has already been made.
