LOVE Island star Tasha Ghouri has sparked rumors that there is huge division among the islanders after she revealed who she still talks to.
The 24-year-old who fell for Andrew Le Page during her time on the ITV2 showmentioned the girls she chats with and one name was noticeably missing – Gemma Owen.
In conversation with The Sun, when she launched her collaboration with SIM card, tasha said: “I mainly interacted with Indiyah, Paige, sometimes Ekin.
“I message Piage and Indiyah literally 24/7 every day. And Danica and Antigoni too.
“I think everyone is so busy it’s hard to keep up. Sometimes I still have trouble answering my father, it was that crazy. I try to keep in touch as much as possible.”
Tasha has had tremendous success since she was on the show – making deals with Simmi, Ebay and L’Oreal – but she insists there is no competition between everyone.
“I’m really happy for every girl,” she said. “What’s so nice is that the girls are all doing things that make sense to them. It’s just great to see all the girls win in life. And the boys make a mess of it.
“Life isn’t about competition, it’s about doing what makes you happy.”
Since leaving the villa, Gemma seems to be separating from the group and often goes missing at events where others are attending, blaming her for her busy work schedules.
Tasha’s comments come after Welsh paramedic Paige, 25, ‘disapproved’ Gemma in an Instagram live Q&A where she was asked by a fan she was still in touch with from the villa.
“All especially!” replied Paige. “I have to remember everyone’s super-busy ATM, but these guys are the ones I interact with the most.”
Then she posted ‘s instagram handles Antigoni Buxton, Tasha Ghouric, Indian Polack and Dami Hope.
Gemma was noticeably not mentioned by name and later Paige shared photos of her hanging out with two other villamates.
Meanwhile, Tasha also started opening up about creating her collection with Simmi, whom she describes as a “dream come true.”
Tasha discussed the process and revealed: “I loved their shoes and wore them in the villa.
“I went in and thought I wanted to have this collection about a striking heel or shoe. When I walked in, there were certain shoes that immediately caught my attention and I went for the unique style. I think I’m very daring with my style , so these are not basic, they are very unique.
“When you look at this shoe collection, you think ‘this girl likes to stand out’. These shoes scream at me, they have my name written on everything.”
