The fear of a fire in London with a lot of smoke spilling into the sky-“6 hectares” burn when the area is closed | UK | News

A wildfire in Norbury, South London, is about 6 hectares, equivalent to 60,000 square meters.

Not only school fields, but also wastelands and shrub forests are shining light.

Locals are warned to keep windows and doors closed to protect them from the large amount of smoke coming out of the flames.

There are even reports of social media that people have been forced to evacuate their homes in the area.

There are 15 fire trucks and about 100 firefighters on site near Turle Road.

The London Fire Brigade has warned that the fire “is producing a lot of smoke.”

The photo shows smoke seen from miles away.

“I hope they can manage it,” said one social media user.

Another person at the scene said, “There is a large fire at Streatham.

“I’ve never seen so many emergency vehicles. The average person is covered in fiery smoke and the pillars of smoke are huge.

“A really bad thing happened.”

Keith Saunders, a station commander on the scene, said:

“The fire is smoking locally and the direction of the wind is blowing towards the local terraced house.

“Avoid the area. If you live nearby, keep windows and doors closed.”
