The Samsung Galaxy M13 quietly unveiled, an affordable 4G phone. We’ve been around for a while to belong that a 5G model is on the way and now we have official confirmation, courtesy of Amazon India. In addition, the Galaxy M13 4G will also be launched in India, although it will have a new look and a bigger battery, so it’s not quite the same phone.
The Samsung Galaxy M13 5G will start on 14 July (next Thursday). It has a different design compared to its 4G sibling – the rear camera has just two modules (if we had to guess, the ultra-wide one is gone) and they’re flush with the rear, no bump.
Amazon won’t reveal many details, but does mention support for eleven 5G bands, up to 12 GB of RAM (virtual, of course, actual RAM capacity unknown), and a 5,000 mAh battery (same as the 4G phone).

The 4G model will also arrive on the 14th with 12GB of virtual RAM and a 6,000mAh battery. This is remarkable because the international model only has a capacity of 5,000 mAh. Has anything changed for the launch in India? Well, the design has – there are still three modules on the back, but the bump is gone.

leaked specs suggest that the Galaxy M13 5G will be powered by the Dimension 700 chipset, which will deliver more processing power than the Exynos 850, not just next-gen connectivity. There will also be two memory configurations: 4/64GB and 6/128GB with a microSD slot available.
Rumors confirm that the ultra-wide camera will be cut, leaving only the 50MP main module and a 2MP helper. The notched selfie camera on the front drops to 5MP (from 8MP). A bigger downgrade is the screen – from 6.6” FHD+ to 6.5” HD+.
