RAHEEM STERLING was on holiday in Jamaica before completing his £45 million transfer to Chelsea.
The Manchester City ace is ready to take the time for his seven-year stint at the Etihad na agree to personal terms with the blues.
Chelsea want the deal to be completed in time for Sterling to fly to Los Angeles with his new teammates for their pre-season tour on Saturday.
Before that, the England ace enjoyed the last days of his vacation by visiting Jamaica.
The 27-year-old, born in the capital Kingston, spoke with Prime Minister Andrew Holness.
Sterling shared photos of herself and Holness posing together and in conversation.
He wrote to his 9.4 million Instagram followers: “Thank you for your hospitality, Prime Minister @andrewholnessjm 🇯🇲 Great conversation.”
After visiting Holness, Sterling went for a fun afternoon at Mystic Mountain Bobsled Jamaica.
The winger seemed to be having a blast riding the zipline, with a huge grin on his face as he took in the incredible views.
On his return to the UK, Sterling will complete the formalities of his transfer to Chelsea.

If the move goes through in time, he will join his new Blues friends as they head off over the weekend for season preparation.
