A big advantage of Virgin Media is that all their phones are completely free of upfront fees, so no flat-rate payments.
Helpfully they split the Apple handset and call credit charges so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
This iPhone SE will set you back £12.50 per month, while the 200GB of data – along with unlimited calling and texting as standard – will set you back £12 per month.
So in total you pay £24.50 per month for 200GB data and the iPhone SE 3rd generation.
While it’s a brilliant deal, it’s worth noting that this is a 36-month subscription, so you spread your costs over three years.
For people who want to update their phone regularly, this can feel a bit restrictive, but it keeps costs down and most people keep their phone for three to four years anyway.
