Ukraine destroys Russian military base with cruel US-equipped rocket systems | World | News

The Ukrainian army has reportedly started using fresh artillery supplies from President Zelensky’s international allies as Russian army bases were attacked.

Shocking footage of the front line in Ukraine apparently showed a military base set up by Vladimir Putin’s troops moments after it was destroyed by a missile attack.

In the video clip, fire burns brightly from the remains of several military vehicles marked with the iconic Russian ‘Z’ symbol in support of the Kremlin’s ‘special military operation’.

In a newly announced package of military support to the Ukrainian defense, the U.S. government included eight High Mobility Artillery rocket systems and ammunition, which were presumably responsible for the attack in the video.

As the video appeared on social media, further analysis of the scene suggested possible coordinates for the site that will place the destroyed base near the Ukrainian city of Izyum.

The city is located in the Kharkiv region, just outside the Donbas region and east of Severodonetsk.

The video depicts a group of military vehicles, clearly marked ‘Z’, among the burning debris of the former base.

It has been suggested that the Russian army use the site to store essential equipment that has now been destroyed by the rocket attack.

On Thursday, Ukraine’s Defense Minister announced that American High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems had arrived in the country.

In his statement, Oleksii Reznikov said: “Thank you to my colleague and friend, Secretary of Defense, Lloyd J, Austin III for this powerful tool!

“The summer will be hot for Russian occupiers and the last one for some of them.”

Mr Reznikov’s daring statement left no doubt that the Ukrainian army would use the powerful artillery provided by the US to launch calculated attacks on Russian forces.

The destruction of the Russian military base will certainly deliver a devastating blow to President Putin’s occupying forces, as the Kremlin has consistently struggled to replace military equipment lost in the war.

Intelligence reports indicate that Putin’s troops were increasingly using obsolete military equipment as Russian forces became dependent on Soviet-era equipment to continue the invasion.

In addition, ample supply of adequately trained ground troops is also a growing concern for Moscow, as the British Ministry of Defense has noticed cases of retired Russian military personnel fighting on the front line.

Despite the Russian takeover of Severodonetsk, intelligence data suggest that invading forces will struggle to continue their march unless reliable supply routes are established to incite combat forces.
