Not only will excellent VR shooter, Compound, get a full PC VR release soon – it’s coming to Quest 2 as well.
Developer Bevan McKechnie confirmed so much to UploadVR following the unveiling of last week’s news that the full version of the game was near release on Steam. There is currently no official timeline for when this version will be fully unveiled and released, but stay tuned.

The 1.0 release of Compound will round out the random, retro-influenced shooter with revamped upgrades, a new weapon and many other additions.
The game was inspired by early shooting hits such as Wolfenstein 3D. We’ve been watching this one for quite some time thanks to the extremely pleasing early construction work that demonstrated clever VR battles and immersive design. “This is a VR shooter with a rejuvenating sense of direction and an understanding of how to keep players rooted in action,” we said in a 2018 (!) Preview. “Connection may be a nostalgia-fueled love letter, but it has a lot to learn from.”
