buckle up, Coronation Street fans! Next week will be a chaotic week for the residents of the house of the same name, with murder threats and shocking revelations galore.
Hope Stape (Isabella Flanagan) hatches a plot to make some money off the John Stape books, thrashing them for £75.
But she’s not done there yet, as she plans a small tribute to her murderous father by reading paragraphs from the book at school.
However, things get even more complicated when Hope takes a hammer from her bag and approaches two girls who called her a lunatic!
Will Hope take a life like her father?
Ken Barlow (William Roach), meanwhile, gets a huge blast from the past, as he come face to face old flame Martha (Stephanie Beacham), who introduces Nigel as his ‘actor’ friend! Yes, THAT Martha.
Elsewhere on the Street, Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan) goes to jail with Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) before meeting Harvey Gaskell (Will Mellor).
Harvey answers Sam’s questions and admits that he intended to kill Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson) and not Natasha (Rachel Leskovac).
The mobster reveals his own mother died when he was 14, which Sam believes played a part in derailing him, but the criminal soon storms out and sits alone in his cell, clearly upset by Sam’s visit.
It’s going to be a big week on the cobblestones!
Coronation Street will broadcast these scenes on Monday 21 November on ITV.
