Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s hidden New York ‘teaser show’ was suspended – expert | Royal | News

Meghan Marklea and Prince Harry went to New York last year to attend the Global Citizen Live concert in Central Park. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex also visited the town’s memorial to the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center. Royal pundit Neil Sean claimed the pair were joined by their own media while claiming they were filming something for Netflix.

On his YouTube channel, he claimed, “The idea was to film interviews from their side of what they were seeing.

“For example, the 9/11 commemoration, a meeting with the mayor, that sort of thing.

“Then we had Meghan read to those kids in that designer outfit in Brooklyn.

“But it really wasn’t enough to make a program, this was apparently a teaser to see exactly how things could be developed if they want to go down that route.

“As we know, things are changing on Netflix, times are tough. Shareholders are demanding more for their money and subscribers are leaving en masse.

“Going forward, where is that particular footage for Harry and Meghan in New York. Seemingly still in the can, as they famously say.

“Harry and Meghan are hopeful that someone somewhere wants to see exactly behind the scenes of Global Citizen and what happened in New York.

“Given that Netflix has passed on Pearl, I hope it won’t be triple the luck for the ex-royals.”

Harry and Meghan spoke about vaccine equality with a United Nations official before attending a concert in New York set up to promote the topic.

UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed said she has spoken with Harry and Meghan about the issue, among other areas they “place very much on” including climate action and mental health.

This comes before their participation in Global Citizen Live, being held in New York’s Central Park and around the world, calling on leaders to adopt a vaccine equality policy.

The pair were pictured next to Ms Mohammed in front of the UN logo on Saturday, Meghan wearing a beige blouse and trousers with a maroon jacket and Harry wearing a black suit and blue tie.
