Professor Stephen J. Toup, vice president of a prestigious institution, said the initiative was developed in collaboration with Ukrainian universities and the Ukrainian government.
Clinical placement for medical students and help for scholars still working in Ukraine are also included in the Ukraine Help Scheme at the University of Cambridge.

The Tribulation Fund is helping affected students already studying in Cambridge, and plans to support the study of displaced Ukrainian schoolchildren are being developed as part of the support package.
