Man brutally stomps on his dog 15 times in ‘worst beating ever seen’ | UK | News

This is the horrifying moment one dog owner has stamped on his defenseless animal in a nauseating attack, described by a RSPCA inspector as the “worst beating he had ever seen.” In the clip, Matthew Hurst sits on the couch and watches Congo as the dog pees or defecates on the floor.

Hurst then gets up and stomps on the dog about 15 times while yelling, “What are you doing?”

He then reaches for the dog, which is now lying on the ground, grabs it by the head and slams the dog to the ground several times with great force.

The disturbing images were sent to the RSPCA by a member of the public.

Ryan King, an animal control inspector, was shocked to see the horrific attack on tape.

He said: “This is the worst beating I have ever seen in my three years as an RSPCA inspector.”

After Congo was taken from Hurst’s home in Wigan, the black bull breed dog was thoroughly examined at the RSPCA’s animal hospital.

Fortunately, there were no obvious physical injuries.

Analyzing the video, the vet reported that the dog showed fear and anxiety for the entire time he is visible in the footage (38 seconds).

He will also have to undertake 20 mandatory days of rehabilitation activities, do 120 hours of unpaid work, cost £2,558 and pay a £120 casualty allowance.

The sentencing hearing took place at Wigan Magistrates Court.

Congo was handed over to the RSPCA by the defendant and will be relocated.
