With the aim of transforming the post-pandemic norms of work culture, work style and workplace, Redington India has discontinued the attendance system for its employees in India. This applies to all Redington employees in India who work in the office, at home or in another remote location.
Commenting on this initiative, Sundar Rajan G, Vice President – HR, Redington India said: “We at Redington believe that trust is at the heart of our culture. Redington’s employees are motivated individuals with a strong commitment to the company and its growth. By doing away with the attendance system, we not only want to increase the flexibility and efficiency of our staff, but also strengthen mutual trust and passion.”
This gives company employees more flexibility and freedom to do their jobs, which contributes to their peace of mind in life. It is a requirement that employees of many companies make today.
