The city of Hamelin is ravaged by a brutal, mischievous gang of rodents.
They fool the mayor and her council, fool the townspeople and nobody knows how to get rid of them.
Until a mysterious stranger appears from a land far away, dressed in colorful costume and carrying a pipe with astonishing powers.
Can he remove the rats and save the taxpayers? And what happens to a mayor who goes back on her promises?
