The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 gets FCC certification

Just a few days after the Galaxy Z Fold4 turned up in the FCC databaseit is now time for the Galaxy Z Flip4

As usual, the certification only gives few specifications or important information. It is a highly technical test of a device’s network and charging capabilities. The Galaxy Z Flip4, model number SM-F721U, supports Wi-Fi 802.11a/n/ac/ax, 5G (both sub-6GHz and mmWave), and wireless charging.

The Galaxy Z Flip4 is rumored to have a 3,700mAh battery, 400mAh larger than its predecessor, and will support 25W charging – up from the old phone’s sluggish 15W. In terms of processor, the Flip4 will pack a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 with 8GB of RAM. In terms of display, it has a 6.78-inch 1080p Super AMOLED with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. On the outside there could be a 2.1-inch AMOLED.

The Galaxy Z Flip4 is likely to launch on 10 Augustalongside the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Watch5.
