As promised earlier, Samsung announced a few new Galaxy M-series phones in India – a redesigned one Galaxy M13 4G and a brand new one Galaxy M13 5G† Not to be confused with the Galaxy M13 4G The new Galaxy M13 4G, which was launched in May, has a redesigned rear camera and a larger battery of 6000 mAh. The rest of the specs are taken from the international Galaxy M13 4G – a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD, Exynos 850 chipset, 50MP main camera, 5MP ultrawide snapper and a 2MP depth assist.

Galaxy M13 5G brings a 6.5-inch LCD display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a water notch for its 8 MP selfie camera. The rear features a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth module. The phone is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 700 chipset and can be used with 4/6 GB of RAM and up to 128 GB of storage expandable via microSD. The battery department is the headline with a 5000mAh cell with 15W charging options. Both new phones will boot Android 12 with Samsung’s One UI Core 4 on top.
The new Galaxy M13 models are available in Midnight Blue, Stardust Brown and Aqua Green colors. The Galaxy M13 4G starts at INR 11,999 ($150) for the 4/64 GB trim, while the M13 5G goes for INR 13,999 ($175) for the 4/64 GB trim. ICICI bank card holders get a fixed discount of INR 1,000. Open sales in India will start on July 23 through Samsung.com, Amazon India and offline retailers.
