VR developer and publisher Vertigo Games unveiled cartoons and new details for Hellsweeper, Pathcraft, Unplugged and After The Fall as part of the UploadVR Showcase.

From Sairento developers Mixed Realms and published by Vertigo, Hellsweeper will bring its intense action series to Quest as well as PC VR later this year. Check out some of the striking followers of hell in the trailer below, as they are met with many fights and “hellish forces” to destroy them.

Developers at Mixed Realms are building Hellsweeper to combine Sairento’s intense battle-tested propulsion system (such as wall walking and turning back) with “semi-realistic physics”. So you can choose your approach to tearing the enemies apart, whether it is to tear them to pieces with psychic forces or to take a limb and use it as a bat. The goal is to support a large number of ways to play, whether it be melee, elemental magic or distance weapons, with modes for rogue, sandbox and tower play, as well as cards that differ in both size and verticality.

“Take full advantage of your unlimited mobility across the battlefield and use the environments to your advantage,” teased Vertigo and Mixed Realms. “From a wall run past a heavily controlled area to aviation as a way to weave in and out of the engagement series, discover what it really means to you to be a Hellsweeper!”

Vertigo and Mixed Realms will release more details on the combat and movement system in the coming months.

In Daniel Yu’s PathCraft and also published by Vertigo, players on Quest 2 will pick up blocks and move around to build a path for a character. The trailer embedded below shows the colorful environments and the overall goal of “waking up your inner child with playful VR puzzle”.

A new downloadable content package has also been introduced for hand-tracked air guitar playing Unplugged, from developer Anotherway and also released by Vertigo. You can now rock out to songs like Cowboys From Hell, Cemetery Gates and more from Pantera in Unplugged!

Finally, After the Fall from Vertigo was launched late last year as an intense cooperative shooter with cross-game support on PC, Quest and PSVR, with its Frontrunner season most recently adding the “Shock & Awe” update with updates to PvP and a new free-for-all mode where the first up to 30 kills wins.
