ANGUS T. Jones looked unrecognizable from his sitcom days.
The Two and a half Men star sported a long beard for the rare photos taken seven years after he left Hollywood.
Angus, now 28, seemed barely recognizable when he emerged from what appeared to be a parking lot on July 7, 2022.
It’s the first time in nearly a year that he’s been seen in public, and even longer since he left show business.
The former child star rose to fame playing Jake Harper on his CBS sitcom alongside Charlie Sheen and Jon Cryer.
Angus has starred on the show since its debut in 2003, but retired from religion in 2012.

The former child star was about 10 years old when he rose to fame in the role of Jake Harper on the CBS show.
Jake (Angus) lived with his hard-drinking uncle Charlie Harper (Sheen) and his disillusioned father, Alan Harper (Cryer) after his parents divorced.
The sitcom, created by Chuck Lorre – who also co-created The Big Bang Theory – ran for about 12 seasons and originally starred Charlie, Jon and Angus.

Charlie was replaced by Ashton Kutcher during the ninth season after going into rehab.

He said people should “stop watching” his show because it “filled your head with filth,” according to… The Hollywood Reporter.
He also claimed in the video, “You can’t be a real God-fearing person and be on a TV show like that. I know I can’t.
“I don’t agree with what I’m teaching, what the Bible says, and that I’m on that television program.”

In 2014, however, Angus seemed to be holding firm on his new views.
“It shed light on topics in our world that are really a problem for a lot of people,” Jones told People about the sitcom.

On-screen, Jake Harper left for Japan, leaving behind his loving broken family.
The show even replaced him in season 11 with Amber Tamblyn, who appeared as Charlie’s previously unknown daughter.
