TRISTAN Thompson still allegedly failed to pay child support to Maralee Nichols for their son.
The 31-year-old is about to welcome his fourth child and second with Khloe Kardashian, 38, via surrogate.
Khloe and Tristan are expecting a second child togethera little boywho just floored fans.
According to TMZtheir new addition after daughter True, four, will be born via surrogate and is expected to arrive “within days”, if not “already”.
Khloe’s reps confirmed the pregnancy in a Twitter pronunciation saying that “True will have a sibling conceived in November.”
Last year, the NBA player cheated on the famous reality star and allowed to father a child called Theo with former mistress Maraleealso 31.
Khloe and Tristan’s conception date comes before his infidelity was discovered by her on her Hulu show.
But the athlete has reportedly still not tied up any loose ends regarding Maralee.
She is sue the NBA star for child support and for months.
“Maralee has told friends that Tristan is still not paying alimony,” a source told The Sun on Friday, July 15.
“And [he] wants to fight this out in court,” she added.
Tristan is also the father of his son Prince, five, with ex Jordan Craig, in addition to True and now seven-month-old Theo.
The Sun has contacted Tristan’s representatives about the matter, but has not heard back.
‘NOT LEGALLY RESOLVED’
Maralee has claimed that the Chicago Bulls player never met their son amid the stupid payment.
Maralee’s representative, Harvey Englander, claimed the boy’s father “made no attempt to meet with their son, nor did he provide any financial assistance.”
She moved from California to Texas and he called her a “gold digger” amid their nasty custody battle.
In March 2022, she demanded the basketball player pay about “$47K” per month and $1 million in legal fees.
According to Us Weeklyshe claimed the sports star has an “income of $9.7 million alone” as a pro athlete.
Maralee has requested a “monthly child support guideline of $47,424.”
In January, New York marriage attorney Morghan Leia Richardson told: HollywoodLife That Tristan has to pay until the newborn turns 18 and his income would be included.
“An argument for a greater price would be to ensure that the child same or similar lifestyle in both houses.”
In the midst of it all, a source told US Weekly on July 15: “She’s really focused on raising Theo.”
The outlet added that she’s “navigating motherhood like a single mom” and isn’t “surprised” that he’s expanding his brood in general.
“During their relationship, he told her he wanted five to six kids,” the source said wildly.
He too starred in a Drake music video in which the rapper married 26 women.
KHLO-ING IT ALONE?
Another source previously told The Sun that: Khloe and Tristan are not together againand have talked nothing more than co-parenting with their daughter since December.
Indeed, insiders have claimed that the exes were already planning a second child together when Khloe learned of her baby daddy’s infidelity.
“The baby was conceived through a surrogate mother before it was revealed to Khloé and the public that Tristan had a baby with someone else in December,” an informant said.
Khloe’s sister Kim used a surrogate for her third and fourth children with ex Kanye West.
Khloe and Tristan were back on and off from 2016 to 2021, when he confessed to cheating on Khloe with Maralee.
That said, the couple has communicated on social media and Tristan recently bought Khloe flowers, she posted, tagged him, before deleting it.
He also shared a quote about: self-improvement the day the news of their new acquisition fell.
TRISTAN SCANDAL
In January, Tristan admitted in a long Instagram post that he was indeed the father of Maralee’s child.
Tristan revealed the paternity results, he also gave a public apology to Khloe.
“Khloe, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the grief and humiliation I inflicted on you,” Tristan said at the time.
“You do not deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions are certainly not in line with the way I see you.
“I have the utmost respect and love for you, whatever you think. Again, I’m so incredibly sorry.”
Before Tristan welcomed his daughter True with the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum, his ex Jordan gave birth to their son.
According to RadarOnlineTristan was ordered to pay Jordan $40,000 in monthly child support on the first day of each month.
Tristan must pay child support until Prince turns 18, or until his son “graduates from high school or becomes self-sufficient, emancipated or ordered by the court.”
He appears to be in a relationship with his son Prince, one of his four-children.
