“Clarence, hope they don’t come for you, and say,’You shouldn’t marry your wife, who happens to be white,'” Woopy said.
In a positive opinion submitted on Friday, Thomas wrote:
“Because the substantive due process decisions are’obviously wrong’, we have an obligation to’correct’ the mistakes established in these cases,” he writes.
