Coronation Street Spoilers: Fiz Makes Confession To Tyrone

FIZ Stape is ready for a fresh start in married life and will give it another shot with Phill Whittaker.

But as her wedding day approaches, the tough Coronation Street makes a shocking confession to her former partner Tyrone Dobbs.

The big day of Fiz and Phill (played by Jennie McAlpine and Jamie Kenna) is fast approaching and their loved ones are eager for them to exchange their vows.

However, the Underworld factory machinist seems to have a few loose ends before taking the plunge.

One involves being honest with her ex Tyrone Dobbs (played by Alan Halsall) about her feelings – and Corrie fans can be over the moon once she’s clean.

In scenes to be broadcast on ITV next week, Fiz calls the garage and tells him she still loves him.

While this may be the case, Fiz makes it clear that she can no longer trust Tyrone, making her feel safe in her decision to marry Phill.

But next week, Fiz doesn’t just have to deal with her former crush, as she also bumps into Phill’s ex-wife Camilla on the cobblestones.

Phill is stunned by her arrival, but assures Fiz that he loves her and can’t wait to marry her.

Meanwhile, Tyrone admits his own feelings for Fiz and decides to tell her how he feels before it’s too late.

Speaking to The Sun and other press in May 2022, actress Jennie McAlpine said there was only one thing holding Fiz back from Tyrone.

She has not been able to forgive her ex-boyfriend for being unfaithful to Alina Pop.

According to Jennie, her on-screen alter ego would “go back in an instant to the Tyrone from before Alina, who didn’t break her heart.”

The actress added: “It’s the one thing she just can’t get over. She could have gone back if he hadn’t.”

But could Tyrone find the right words to convince her to come back to him?

Or will she stay with Phil and finally get her happily ever after?
