A Nigerian got heat on Twitter after APC candidate and incumbent Osun state governor Gboyega Oyetola lost the state governorship elections held on Saturday, July 16.
Oyetola lost the seat to PDP candidate Ademola Adeleke.
Hours before the election results were announced, a Nigerian man and staunch supporter of Governor Oyetola had tweeted:
“If Oyetola loses this election, call me*”
Nigerian Twitter have since stormed his page to call him a *. It got so intense that he had to tweet again asking them to calm down with the drag.
