Dominic Raab today vowed to stop if a bully finds him guilty

He faces an ongoing investigation into his treatment of staff, which is being conducted by a top lawyer.

Employees from multiple departments have filed complaints about his behavior with the Ministry of Brexit, Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice.

Today, Mr Raab declined to comment on the allegations while the investigation is ongoing.

He would only say he would resign if found guilty of bullying – which he has denied.

Mr Raab claimed that he was not aware of any complaints against him until November last year, despite some complaints being filed as early as March 2022.

Earlier this year it was announced that top civil servant Simon Case was aware of the allegations before Rishi Sunak reappointed him to the top job.

He was personally informed of a complaint that is being investigated by the Ministry of Justice.

No10 refused to deny that Mr Sunak had been informally warned about his behavior before placing him in the cabinet.

Downing St would say only that he was “not aware of any formal complaints” at the time.

Sources close to Raab say he wants to fight to clear his name.
