The Princess of Wales channeled her late mother-in-law’s fashion prowess last night as she attended a Six Nations clash in a daring houndstooth ensemble.

Kate Middleton41, wore the red and white coat when she and her husband attended the England v Wales match at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium. prince william.

She layered her jacket over a high-necked black blouse and paired it with a black and white skirt in the same houndstooth pattern. The ensemble was completed with low black and red pumps and a wide-brimmed red hat trimmed with a black satin ribbon.

Kate previously wore her custom coat while visiting Stockholm, Sweden, in 2018.

Last night she paired the coat with a black turtleneck dress and thick tights to ward off the February chill. Black suede ankle boots completed the look.

The Princess of Wales also carried a small, cream handbag and a pair of black, leather-like gloves that she later wore when she went to the stands for the rugby.

The pair were photographed singing the national anthems in the stands before the Six Nations clash kicked off at Principality Stadium.  England eventually reigned victorious over Wales, winning 20-10
