The upcoming VR dungeon crawler, Ruinsmagus, has finally reached its release date.
The gorgeous RPG experience started on July 7th with Quest and is currently listed in the Coming Soon section of the Quest Store. The game will appear on your PC on the same day, even if the game’s Steam list doesn’t yet have a release date. However, you can download a free demo of the game on the platform. Ruinsmagus casts the player as a member of the prestigious guild and sends it to the ancient ruins next to a small settlement. Use magical abilities to fight dungeons, earn rewards, and upgrade your character throughout the campaign. Along the way, make friends with the people of the camp, visit new areas and unlock more exploration options.
We saw the game early in May and were surprised to see how deep the experience offered. In addition to gorgeous animated visuals, this game offers a great control scheme and smart combat encounters that take into account how VR works. As developer Character Bank promises more than 25 missions in a full game, we want to see how the campaign progresses over time.
We haven’t announced anything about the possible release of PSVR or PSVR 2 for this title at this time, but we’ll keep you up to date.
