Sources close to the couple have said Porsche, 79, is struggling to live with his wife, 74, due to changes in her behavior since diagnosis.
Claudia, who is a grandmother, has four carers who care for her around the clock after suffering from the disease for the past two years.
She has reportedly been unable to move independently for months and her mental awareness has rapidly deteriorated.
Wolfgang and Claudia have been together since 2007 and got married in 2019. The Porsche family’s wealth is estimated at 20 billion euros.

The couple divorced in 2014.
Since 1999, Gabriela has been involved in a number of development projects in the developing world, promoting self-reliance and providing relief during natural disasters.
