I bought a tiny house for my mom after she had to move out of her house – it was so successful I’m selling it now

In 2009, Louche’s mother suffered from health problems caused by mold that had begun to grow in her Florida home in the aftermath of a major storm, Insider reported.

The builder saw a documentary about tiny houses and decided to try building one for her.

Although he grew up in a family of contractors, Louche had to do a lot of research to figure out the best way to design and build a tiny home.

“It was never meant to be a business,” he said.

“It was really just trying to solve my mother’s problem.”

But he learned a lot at work, and after seeing how happy his mother was in her new home, he decided to spread the word about tiny houses.

Initially, Louche started a blogging where he shared some of his mistakes and a few tips for fellow builders.

He quickly realized how much demand there was and decided to make a new one company out.

Today, the company offers five different models for customers to choose from.

Louche said most of his patrons are young people without children or just starting a family.

The big draw for them is the low price tag.

Most tiny houses can be built for the price of a new car.

Louche said construction could take as little as two months. It never took him more than a year to build any of the houses, even when he was still juggling another full-time job.

But Tiny Home Builders is not just any contractor.

The company also offers courses for those interested in downsizing their lifestyles and a marketplace where tiny homes can be bought and sold.

Louche has also continued to post a wide variety of useful tips on the company’s website.
