“Awesome” Thai Cave Rescue Movies Colin Farrell and Tom Bateman

A new movie star about the water rescue of 12 young soccer players from a Thai cave said it was an “honor” to participate in the project, despite struggling to swim and fight claustrophobia. say.

Colin Farrell and Tom Bateman said the experience was “terrifying” but “extraordinary,” praising those involved, both alive and dead.

Thirteen Lives will follow an expedition to save the trapped youth and their coaches after the cave was flooded in 2018.

The movie will be starring Farrell and Viggo Mortensen, divers of John Bolansen and Rick Stanton, respectively.

In an interview about the film, Mortensen and Farrell praised the “selfless” and “multifaceted” efforts to save the boys.

Talking about role preparation, Mortensen said it was “important” to set up divers to supervise.

Following the trials in 2019, Stanton and Bolansen were awarded the George Medal, the highest honor of British civilian courage, for their role in rescue missions.
