Honor unveiled its latest series of devices in China earlier today with the Honor 200 And 200 Pro. Both phones share the same look and key hardware with 6.7-inch OLEDs (FHD+ 120Hz), 50MP main and portrait cameras and 5200mAh batteries with 100W wired charging.

Honor 200 Pro brings a more capable Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and 66W wireless charging, while the vanilla 200 opts for the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip and has no wireless charging. Honor 200 Pro also gets a dedicated Honor C1+ chip for improved wireless and mobile connectivity.
The main camera on the back of the 200 Pro uses a custom H9000 sensor – a 50 MP 1/1.3″ shooter based on the Omnivision OV50H. This is essentially the same sensor used on the flagship Honor Magic6 Pro with 1.2 µm pixels, f/1.9 aperture and OIS. Honor 200 returns to a 1/1.56” IMX906 main sensor with f/1.95 aperture and OIS.
Both Honor 200 and 200 Pro use a 50MP IMX856 telephoto sensor with 2.5x optical zoom, f/2.4 aperture and OIS. Honor collaborated with legendary French photo studio Harcourt on a new Harcourt portrait mode that simulates professional studio lighting using AI. Harcourt's portrait mode is trained using a machine learning process from Harcourt portraits, instantly adjusting exposure, light and shadow, and tonal enhancement to produce studio-quality portrait photos.

The third shooter on the back is a 12MP ultra-wide lens with autofocus and a dedicated 2.5cm macro mode. Both phones also pack 50MP front-facing cameras. The software side is covered by MagicOS 8.0 based on Android 14.
Honor 200 starts at CNY2,699 ($372) in his 12/256GB trim and goes up to CNY3,199 ($442) for the 16/512GB version.
Honor 200 Pro comes in at CNY3,499 ($483) in the baseline 12/256GB trim and tops out CNY4,499 ($621) in his 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage version.
Both phones will go on open sale in China from May 31. Honor is hosting a global launch event for the 200 series on 12 June in Paris, where we get prices and availability for international markets.
