Take into account a hostage situationnot to mention the end of her relationship with factual soulmate Ethan Williams (Matthew James Bailey), it's safe to say it has been rather a year before her.

With Rafe in a lot of debt, in the coming scenes Sienna is forced to leave the Harcourt mansion and return to her former apartment on Oakdale Drive, where both Liberty and Dilly join her.

However, during the move, Sienna discovers that Rafe has indeed left her thousands of pounds – and it doesn't take long for her to find out. James Nightingale (Gregory Finnegan) is the reason why she never got her hands on it.

Sienna wakes up in The Love Boat with Freddie Roscoe (Charlie Clapham) to find blood in her arm. The whole thing turns out to be quite confusing and overwhelming for her and that is why she seeks medical help Perry Lomax (Ruby O'Donnell) finds traces of a sedative in her blood.

Shocked, Sienna turns her attention to James and accuses him of being responsible for some revenge plot for their previous altercation. However, the showdown is observed by Martha (Sherrie Hewson), who introduces herself.

Sienna finds the newcomer's presence unnerving, especially when it comes to how interested she is in the family.

She then relays her discovery to Liberty and Dilly, confirming that not only did Martha drug her, but her last name is Blake!

The three sisters waste little time confronting Martha, but will they get the answers they seek?

Martha's arrival will also see Jez, played by Patrick star Jeremy Sheffield, come to the village (Picture: Lime Pictures)

You'll just have to wait and see, but soon after, Dilly gets upset by a note from Martha.

Hollyoaks confirmed earlier this month that Martha is Sienna's estranged grandmother, who will arrive in the village with son Jez, Sienna's uncle. Jez is, intriguingly, played by Jeremy Sheffield, who played Sienna's deranged father Patrick.
