a London watch dealer has been found dead less than 24 hours after robbers hit his west London store.
Oliver White was found dead at his home in Surrey on Sunday, with his girlfriend Alana Dredge writing that she will 'cherish him forever'.
Surrey Police were called after 8.15pm when they were alerted to safety concerns.
A spokesman said: 'A man in his 20s was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. His relatives are informed and supported.
“The investigation is ongoing, but his death is not considered suspicious.”
The Metropolitan Police continue to search for the suspects involved in the guard raid, which took place in Richmond on Saturday afternoon.
Two men were seen sitting on the opposite side of a table from the victim when one man grabbed the dealer and pushed him, while the other grabbed watches and ran.
In a statement, the Met Police said: 'The incident happened at around 2.50pm on Saturday, May 25 in Kew Road.
“Two men, who were not armed, entered the store and assaulted an employee before stealing a quantity of valuable watches.”
Mr White's grieving friend Mrs Dredge wrote: 'My life will never be the same. I can't explain how much I love you. I'll never stop loving you – I'm so numb I can't cry anymore.
'I have never felt such pain before, you were the only person who could comfort me like no other and make all my pain disappear.
“Now that you're not here, I don't know what I'm going to do. I love you more, Oliver, than I can put into words.”
