Fight together with friends in “Demeo”
The Apple VisionPro has picked up three new games, including the old but good 'Job Simulator', the sequel 'Vacation Simulator' and the tabletop survival RPG 'Demeo'.
Task simulatorreleased in 2016, asks players to step into the shoes of a variety of jobs, such as mechanics, chefs, office workers and store clerks – but gives players plenty of freedom to complete tasks in any way they wish.
There is also a follow-up title out for the Apple Vision Pro Holiday simulator. Players are tasked with relaxing to the max while taking part in all the standard holiday activities, such as snorkeling, snowball fights, whitewater rafting, sandcastle building and hikes.
Task simulator is available for $19.99, and Vacation Simulator costs $29.99 on the visionOS App Store.
Demeo , originally released for the Oculus Quest in 2021, is a tabletop-themed role-playing game. In this cross-platform cooperative adventure, up to four players can recreate all the magic and camaraderie that comes with gathering around a tabletop with friends to battle evil forces.
Demeo requires strategy, cunning and teamwork. It's a journey through a fantasy world that only the bravest group of heroes can survive.
According to the developers Demeo features hand tracking, enhancing the title's immersive qualities.
There is also an option to play in a Windowed 2D mode, allowing players to use a windowed space within the Apple Vision Pro. This allows them to use other apps, such as watch AppleTV+ or making one FaceTime phone call. When you are in windowed mode, Demeo supports third party gamepads.
Demeo is available on the Apple Vision Pro App Store for $39.99. With one purchase you can play on iPad, Mac and Apple Vision Pro.
