TAYLOR Swift has come up with a plan to pay back her fans who were left in dire straits after her performances in Austria were cancelled due to an ISIS-inspired terror plot.
The US Sun spoke to a reliable source close to the Cruel Summer star, who revealed that she is “desperate” to make amends for the thousands of Swifties who were denied the chance to see the superstar in action in Vienna.
Suspects were reportedly hired to work at the event and were said to have been carrying knives, machetes and ingredients for dirty bombs.
A man, identified as Beran A., has admitted planning to run over fans outside the Ernst Happel Stadium before carrying out an attack with knives and a “dirty bomb”.
Officers also found substances used to make a bomb in the radicalized 19-year-old's home.
He reportedly planned to carry out an attack during the sold-out concert, with a 17-year-old and a 15-year-old acting as accomplices.
The incident came just a week after three young girls were stabbed to death during a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in Southport, England, just outside Liverpool.
PLANNED ALTERNATIVES
Swift was scheduled to shine in the Austrian capital last Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
But after organizers pulled the plug, the kind-hearted Taylor spoke to her team about how they could fill the void.
According to the American newspaper The Sun, there are three options. A decision will be made in the coming weeks.
Insiders stress that the plans are still in an 'early' stage.
There has been talk about the option of shooting her next video in Vienna, and the possibility of the first dates of the Eras tour in 2025 taking place in that city.
There is also the possibility of adding two new dates to the end of her resumption of her North American tour – her final show is on November 3 in Indianapolis – and having them start in the afternoon in the United States and broadcast live to the stadium in Vienna, where it would be around 9pm.
“All ideas are on the table,” the insider told The US Sun. “There have been a lot of conversations and they are still ongoing.”
We revealed how shocked Taylor and her team were after the horrific attack was thwarted.
Travis Kelce was also shocked and, according to our source, spent hours on the phone with his girlfriend, sending him nearly $6,000 worth of flowers and treats to ease her pain.
According to a source, the entire team was shocked and stunned by the developments.
The final dates of her European tour will wrap up in London on August 20, after which she will return to Travis Kelce in preparation for the new NFL season.
FANS PAY
According to the US Sun, Taylor wants to attend “four or five” Chiefs games.
But the desire to reward fans' trust and prevent the terrorist group ISIS from winning remains.
“Taylor and the team were scared by what happened last week, and the cancellation of the Vienna shows was completely justified,” the insider said.
“But there is also some frustration. She loves her fans and she never wants to let them down.”
Despite the problems in Austria, Taylor was happy to be able to complete the tour, which included four concerts at London's 90,000-capacity Wembley Stadium between August 15 and 20.
Additional security measures were put in place, including metal detectors and a ban on large bags.
As an additional security measure, Swifties without a ticket were also denied the opportunity to be outside the venue.
The Sun exclusively revealed on Thursday that Swift had privately contacted the families of the Southport stabbing victims before her first stage appearance since the tragedy.
Swift didn't speak directly about it onstage, but seemed overwhelmed by the response from the 92,000 people who turned out to see her performance in London.
“Taylor may not have spoken about Elsie Dot, Alice and Bebe on stage, but she did reach out to their families,” a source told The Sun.
“It's something that weighs heavily on her mind.”
Following the murders of the girls during Taylor Swift's dance class on July 29, the megastar released a moving statement.
“The horrors of yesterday's attack in Southport are still overwhelming me and I am just in complete shock,” she said.
“The loss of lives and innocence, and the terrible trauma inflicted on everyone who was there, the families and the emergency workers.
“These were just little kids at a dance class. I really don't know how I can ever express my condolences to these families.”
