STRAIGHTENING IRON is an indispensable hair tool for me. It was the first hair gadget I bought and I never go anywhere without it.

GHD hair straighteners have always been my go-to because I can both straighten and curl my hair with them. The Platinum+ Styler has been reduced from £239 to £196.13 on Amazon.

But I found a very similar – and more affordable – alternative that's £170 cheaper. Bargain!

The Remington Shine Therapy Hair Straighteners are currently discounted in the Amazon sale, dropping the price from £79.99 to £24.97 – a huge saving of over £50.

The retail giant has also slashed the price of several GHD hair tools and tongs, including the ghd Platinum+ Styler Hair Straightenerswhich have been reduced from a staggering £239 to £196.13.

Despite these vastly different prices, the opportunity to save £171.76 by purchasing the Remington straightener over the discounted GHD styler is a no-brainer.

The Remington Shine Therapy Hair straighteners are on my radar, not least because of the bargain price, but also because of the staggering 30,000 positive reviews from Amazon customers.
