I applied for a McDonald’s job – I was amazed at the massive employee benefits that apply even if I only work one day a week

A MASSIVE employee benefits for employees at McDonald’s have been revealed – sometimes no matter how many days a week you work.

TikToker @yess_itsamiracle shared the discovery in a viral video after taking a friend to get fries from the fast food chain.

“It’s hard out here for businesses,” she endorsed the TikTok video.

She goes on to explain the poster she saw while at the unknown McDonald’s location.

“Available 1 day a week … Work for us !,” reads the poster advertisement to potential new employees.

“Just want to work 2 days a week … We can do it !,” it continues.

“Need 40 hours a week … We have you!”

But the real revelation comes from the benefits listed above, which the TikToker described as “desperate” to appeal to potential new employees.

Among the benefits listed are career advancement, flexible schedules and forgiveness of student loans.

However, it remains unclear whether the benefits extend to employees who only work one or two days a week.

The Sun has released McDonald’s for clarification on their student loan policies.

The company recently announced that it is launching a program in the Atlanta and Northwest Georgia metro to forgive some employees’ student loans.

Through the program, employees at 264 locations in North Georgia can apply to have $ 1,250 applied to their balance sheet by their student loan lender each year.

Employees are eligible for student loan relief after working for 90 days at one of the qualifying McDonald’s locations.

Meanwhile, at McDonald’s locations in Texas, college tuition assistance is offered at up to $ 3,000 per year for each employee.

Texas McDonald’s locations also offer flexible work schedules, according to their website.

The TikTok video has more than 23,000 views.

Dozens of TikTokers commented on the video and shared their thoughts on the company’s plea for workers as well as the incentives offered.

“So if I work one day a week? Can I get forgiveness of student loans? I may have to walk,” one user wrote.

“If they pay my entire college tuition to any college I’m going to pay for, I’ll work for them,” another said.

“Amazon does that too. You have to work one day a week to keep working there and you choose your shift. Amazon Flex,” someone else said.

Someone else said Target offers a similarly flexible scheduling opportunity.

“I want to talk to an employee who actually received these incentives,” reads the original poster.
