Dozens of people have been reported missing after the explosion in the city of Kremenchuk in central Ukraine. In his evening message, the Ukrainian president said Russia wanted to kill “as many people as possible.”
He states: “Russian missiles attacked this location exactly. Intentionally … it is clear that the Russian murderers received their exact coordinates.
“They wanted to kill as many people as possible.”
According to the local government, about 36 people are still missing.
This attack has been widely criticized worldwide.
UN Security Council Director Rosemary Dicarlo told the Security Council that the words to describe the attack were “lost.”
“There aren’t enough words to explain the meaninglessness, worthlessness, and cruelty of this war,” she said.
Moscow claims that the missile attacked a nearby arsenal, including western weapons.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the depot exploded, causing a flame that swallowed a nearby shopping center.

This is due to reports of increased military action in the Lysychans’k region of the Luhansk region of eastern Ukraine.
Luhansk Governor Serhiy Gaidai described the situation as “very difficult” on Ukrainian television.
He states: “The situation in Lysychansik is very difficult.
“Russians use all the weapons they can use … and without distinguishing whether the target is an army-schools, kindergartens, cultural institutions.
“Everything is destroyed. This is a scorched earth operation.”
