On her Instagram Stories, 41-year-old Kim took fans behind the scenes of her latest facial.
The reality star showed off her makeup-free face as she lay down on the table to undergo a laser treatment.
Fans could make out her pores and natural skin texture in the close-up video.
As the doctor explained, Kim was there to get a treatment that would even out her skin pigmentation.
“It literally looks like your skin has a filter after it,” he told Kim’s followers.
Kim had her hair wrapped back with numbing cream on her face.
Before the treatment, her skin was covered with another ointment, while her eyes were covered with two gray discs as the doctor applied the laser.
In the text, Kim explained; “I’m obsessed with skincare and facials and laser, so I wanted to share what this is.”

The Hulu star released her own line of skincare products, SKKN, in June.
Since then, she’s been eager to show off her natural skin texture to her social media followers.
Earlier this month she gave fans a look at her spots and dark circles under her eyes in another raw video.
Kim posted the clip to show the effects of her brand’s moisturizer at what cost $85 for a 1.6 oz bottle.

Fans have also seen Kim’s real-life skin texture, as she’s been photographed on several outings over the past few weeks.
She showed her pimples and the wrinkles under her eyes when she appeared on Today to promote her new beauty business.
While Kim still looked gorgeous, the SKIMS mogul was noticeably less airbrushed than in her social media photos.
Her natural complexion was also featured in rare raw photos taken during her recent trip to Paris.
Kim was in the French capital to walk the catwalk as a model for her favorite designer Balenciaga.
