Nick acted quickly, ran into the house and led 4 children to safety before realizing a 6-year-old girl was still inside. He found her and jumped out of a second-floor window with her in his arms, using his body to absorb the fall and save her life.
It’s good to see Nick getting the recognition he deserves…and it sounds like his recovery is going well.
One thing is certain: Nick would have the best backstory in NASCAR if he ever becomes a driver.
