Polo G Police Body Cam Shows Aggressive Meeting With Miami PD

Polo G and the police certainly did not exchange pleasantries during his arrest in 2021, we obtained additional bodycam footage of the encounter, video that his lawyers were angry that had not been released sooner.

The footage shows the aftermath of Polo G’s “Hall Of Fame” album release party in Miami, where the Chicago rapper is handcuffed and put into a police car. Polo was reportedly first arrested for tinting windows and became combative when asked to roll down his window.

In the bodycam footage, Polo G demands to be seen by paramedics and complains of both police brutality and difficulty breathing in the police cruiser.

Polo was eventually taken to a hospital, but his transportation officer first has trouble finding the clasp on his $15,000 chain and later admits he’s never heard of him, sparking an argument with the younger police, who are known was with Polo G and his new album .

As for how the case ended… Polo completed anger management classesand the charges for going after the officer were… finally dropped.

His album also had some success and topped the charts, though he probably wished he’d celebrated release night a little differently.
