TYSON FURY is “not in the mood to fight anymore” but Anthony Joshua could tempt him back, his ex-coach Ben Davison said.
Fury announced his retirement in April after knocking out Dillian Whyte at Wembley.
But he remains linked with a comeback to fight against Joshua, 32, or Oleksandr Usyk, 35, that rematch on August 20 in Saudi Arabia.
And Fury’s former trainer Davison claimed that AJ is more likely to convince the Gypsy King back then Usyk does.
He told Boxing Social: “I think people make the Fury situation too complicated.
“I think people think he’s trying to be smart when he’s really just being honest.
“I don’t think he’s overly interested in anything, but if… [Anthony Joshua] wins, it’s a fight I think he’ll be boxing for again.
“I know he will train, but I think people are looking at it too much.
“What he says is what it is and people just make it too complicated.
“He doesn’t feel like fighting anymore, there’s no one to spark his interests, he likes to train, he’s happy to do an exhibition, but when ‘AJ’ wins, he’s happy to take the AJ fight to do.”

Fury has been associated with an exhibition against former The World’s Strongest Man Hafthor Bjornsson.
Bjornnson, 33, defeated strong rival Eddie Hall, 34, in March to face the Gypsy King.
Fury’s promoter Frank Warren revealed no official talks have taken place, but he does planning to sit down with the WBC champion.
