Huawei will bring the Freebuds Pro2 wireless earphones with active noise cancellation and two MateBook laptops to the European market.
All three devices are on the other coast, but this is a westward move.
Huawei Freebuds Pro 2 is the company’s flagship TWS pair. Each bud has a dual driver, which realizes what Huawei calls the Hi-Res dual sound system. The bud can express the sound from 14kHz to 48kHz in detail.
For noise canceling, Freebuds Pro 2 can reduce up to 48dB from the previous model’s 40dB.
Freebuds Pro 2, like most earphones, can pick up and counter external noise during a call. Huawei has improved here with a new deep neural network algorithm that learns and adapts over time. Thanks to our partnership with Devialet, the sound should be great too.

The Huawei MateBook 16s is the company’s flagship laptop. This is largely based on last year’s Matebook 16, but this year Huawei has moved to the latest 12th generation Intel processor instead of last year’s AMD Ryzen option. You can choose between the Core i7-12700H (6 performances and 8 efficient cores) or the i9-12900H (6 performances and 8 efficient cores, but up to 5GHz boost).
The display is the same 16 inch 2520x1680px3: 2 touch screen panel. It supports 100% of the sRGB color gamut, has a 1500: 1 contrast ratio, and has up to 300 knits. The panel is calibrated with an average delta E of less than 1.
Graphics are handled by Intel Iris Xe because there is no discrete GPU. You can choose 512GB or 1TB NVMe PCIe storage and 16GB LPDDR4x RAM.
The MateBook 16s comes with an 84Wh battery and a 135W charger.

The Huawei MateBook D16 is one step below 16 seconds in terms of hierarchy. Its display is a traditional 16:10, with a little more vertical space than a regular 16: 9 panel.
The resolution is a bit lower at 1920x1200px, but the brightness and color gamut support is the same as the 3: 2 panel on the MateBook 16s.
