WWE SummerSlam Results, Numbers: Brock Lesnar Tips Ring With Tractor

Brock Lesnar raised a whole WWE ring with a tractor during his SummerSlam main event against Roman Reigns.

The Beast Incarnate left a lasting memory with one of the wildest moments fans have ever seen when he used a tractor – which he had knocked down in front of his entrance – to almost turn the square circle.

It took championship shots, The Usos, attempting to cash in from Theory, and burying Lesnar under pieces of the announcement table, steel steps and more to finally put Brock down for the count.

The challenger made a fantastic entrance as he descended the slope of the tractor before climbing into the front digger, announcing himself and then jumping onto the chieftain.

It meant the pair – much like the opener between Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch – started off at a brisk pace, this time with the two heavyweights struggling through the crowd in the early stages of the match.

The head of the table seemed to be in trouble as Lesnar pulled out a table once they were back in ringside, but Roman would regain the advantage and send his opponent through successive tables with a Samoan Drop and Rock Bottom.

This was one of the stronger spells these two have had, with some good, brutal action to match the determination, and some wonderful tractor silliness later in the game.

It was enough to deviate from their other work – especially their WrestleMania 38 fight – to justify replaying the match, and it was a worthy addition to the rivalry.

The drama was heightened in the closing moments, with the fans buying every moment each man tried to put down his opponent for the 10 count.

Bayley returns with Iyo Skye (Io Shirai) and Dakota Kai by her side, Edge makes a comeback and more

Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch set the bar very high with the opening match of the night, which was a world away from last year’s 26 second shock.

Here, the two rivals battled at breakneck speed until WWE’s EST clinched Lynch to hold onto the Raw Women’s Championship — leaving Big Time Becks distraught after the bell, despite a sign of respect.

However, there was some drama on the way, because the trio of Bayley, Dakota Kai and Io Shirai (now Iyo Skye) made their presence felt, but Big Times Becks stepped up next to her rivals to pack them up.

Then Logan Paul proved he has a real future in WWE when he defeated The Miz and one of the many fans with a stunning debut that led to a huge win with his opponent’s own Skull Crushing Final.

The A-Lister did well here, and the controversial YouTuber — who sent his former tag team partner through an announcement table with a huge Frog Splash from the top rope — shone and even hit a phenomenal forearm after. AJ Styles helped by fighting Ciampa by the public.

Bobby Lashley successfully defended the United States title in a highly entertaining showcase for the All Mighty, Who Really Is riding a well-deserved wave of popularity with fans.

The heavyweight veteran had Mr. A gorilla press’s Money In The Bank falls into the Hurt Lock, leading to a submission win.

Judgment Day and Los Mysterios delivered something special as the father/son duo took the win in a match that didn’t make much use of the No Disqualification stipulation until the closing moments.

Edge made a sensational comeback from the middle of a Brood-style inferno and looked rejuvenated as he emerged surrounded by flames to take out Finn Balor and Damian Priest.

Pat McAfee took a win over Happy Corbin in a match that promised and delivered on a lot, and the SmackDown commentator—who had a few scary moments but recovered well—looked strong again.

The Usos and the Street Profits didn’t have as long to work as their Money In The Bank classic last month, but they made the most of their time here with Jeff Jarrett enjoying the role of special guest referee.

Jimmy and Jey took the win after some super kicks and the 1-D, holding their run with the Unified Tag Team titles rolling, leaving Montez Ford and Angelo Ford’s next move unclear.

The crowd went wild when Riddle – ruled out due to a storyline injury – stormed into the ring and immediately called Seth Rollins, despite their match being taken off the show.

The Visionary did, breaking past WWE officials and colliding with the Original Bro before knocking him down with a brutal stomp in the center of the ring.

Liv Morgan briefly and controversially retained the SmackDown Women’s Title when she pinned Ronda Rousey – but the Baddest Woman In The Planet had her tapped seconds before the pin, leading her to snap and attack an umpire after the bell.
