A WAITRESS has sparked a heated debate after revealing that she always hands the man the bill when she sees couples on dates.
Kaylee Zuniga said she doesn’t even take the time to ask if the couple will share the cost, as she believes women deserve “princess treatment.”
She shared her thoughts in a TikTok clip that has been viewed more than 1.3 million times.
Kaylee told her followers, “When you serve a couple, you automatically hand the bill to the guy without even asking if they’re going to split it, because my girls deserve nothing less than a princess treatment.”
But it has left viewers divided — with some calling the gesture “sexist.”
One person wrote: “It is now also normal to pay half and half.

“I would never go out expecting someone to pay for me.
“I’m going out with him too, you wine and food together.”
A second said: “My mother can’t stand this.
“She will scold any waiter or waitress who does this because it’s sexist to assume the guy is paying.”
And a third said: “You don’t even know if it’s a first date.
“First date is different. I’m just sharing my opinion.”
But others rushed to defend Kaylee.
One viewer said: “All my waitresses do this and you have a special place in my heart.”
Another wrote: “No, but I really get so insulted when the server asks if we need one or two checks.
“Like Hunny, there’s a ring on this finger, go get his check?!”
A third replied, “I love it when they do this lmao.”
It comes after another waitress revealed how customers make some very awkward requests.
She said some dinners request to pay for the exact amount they ate – instead of just splitting the bill 50/50.
Reenacting her encounter with a customer on her TikTok channel, she shared how a woman was willing to pay for the exact amount of snacks she had.

Post under the username @snerixxshe explained that when a customer asked to split the bill, she told her she could split it 50/50 for them or 25/75 – but the guest was much more specific.
She imitated the guest response: “Well, I know personally, I had three of those eight mozzarella sticks, and I had about a quarter of the chips there, so if you could split it that way.”
