JAMIE VARDY showed his tan lines when Leicester City returned to pre-season training.
Vardy, 35, and wife Rebekah were away for the summer against the backdrop of the infamous Wagatha Christie trial.
The 40-year-old Rebekah revealed family holiday photos on Instagram of a beautiful idyllic island.
And Vardy could be seen bragging about his white pieces on Monday as the Foxes begin the 2022-’23 season.
The shooter spilled around in the gym during medical tests and bared his thighs as someone could be heard laughing in the background.
Brendan Rodgers’ team will be eager to build on last season’s eighth place as they try to get themselves back in the top six.
In May, Leicester’s hopes of a first European final ever ended in sadness when Tammy Abraham’s goal brought Jose Mourinho’s Roma.
Vardy has stayed out of the spotlight in recent months, while the legal battle between wife Rebekah and Wayne Rooney’s partner, Coleen, has continued.
He appeared in court once as he dutifully held his wife’s hand and escorted her to and from the courtroom.
Former Manchester United captain Rooney claimed during the hearings that he sat down with Vardy during Euro 2016 to try to get Rebekah to “calm down”.
He said: “As captain, they asked me if I could talk to Mr Vardy about issues concerning his wife.
“It was an awkward situation for me and I’m sure it was an awkward situation for Mr Vardy, but I felt it was in the best interest of the team.”
But Vardy denied that the conversation even took place.
In a statement outside the Supreme Court, he said: “Wayne is talking nonsense.
“He must be confused, because he never spoke to me about issues regarding Becky’s media work at Euro 2016.
“There was nothing to talk about. I know this because I discuss everything with Becky.”
Leicester get their new Premier League campaign underway at home against Brentford on Sunday 7 August.
