David Brent is a fictional character played by Ricky Gervais in the Sitcom office. He is known for making absurd and inappropriate statements that offend his colleagues.
The comment comes after Prime Minister Boris Johnson argued that if Vladimir Putin was a woman, he would not start the “macho war” and invade Ukraine.
The prime minister said, “We need more women in power.
“If Putin was a woman, he’s obviously not, but if he were, I don’t think he’s embarked on a crazy macho aggression and violent war like he has. Toxic. The perfect example of masculinity is what he does in Ukraine. “

Ben Wallace reflected that feeling and told LBC Radio that Putin thought he had “dwarf syndrome.”
He states: “I rarely hear the phrase small female syndrome. He always hears small male syndrome. I think he certainly has it in spades.”
However, he opposed the theory that women are unlikely to start a war and pointed out the dangerous rhetoric Russian spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.

Comments appeared to refer to the Crimean Peninsula and areas including parts of Donetsk and Luhansk that have been occupied by Russia since 2014.
One of Brexit’s masterminds, Cummings was a close ally of Boris Johnson until you became the top advisor to the Prime Minister for a briefing.
Since then, he has become a critic of the government’s voice, regularly using his platform to break up and enjoy government policy.
